The activity that you choose is completely up to you so do something that you enjoy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements for the log:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>90 minutes total <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>List day, activity, and duration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit log on or before May 3rd. Please send to my email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monday-30 minute walk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuesday-15 minutes of jumping rope<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wednesday-30 minute bike ride<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thursday-15 minutes of push ups, sit ups, and plank<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All Physical Education Classes Beginning April 27th each student will keep a fitness\/activity log.
