Presenting<\/div>\n<p><strong>Looking ahead this week&#8230;.<\/strong>\u00a0we will continue to analyze how similar and different the structures in plant and animals cells along with their function to understand how every eukaryotic cell remains in <strong>homeostasis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We will do so as\u00a0 students participate in class discussions and share some of the informational slides they created from the Plant to School analogy project.<\/li>\n<li>A few groups started to create their scientific model of the plant cell while they compare its structure to parts of the school.\u00a0 We will continue on this project and include structures of animal cells this week to prepare for a gallery walk next week.<\/li>\n<li>Tutoring started last week to support students struggling in some of their classes.\u00a0 Tutoring days are on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:05 p.m. to 4:05 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Log on to Student\/Parent Connect daily to stay up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Progress reports will be sent home with students receiving a C- or less in science and other subject areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Have a great week.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/simplebooklet.com\/userFiles\/a\/3\/2\/2\/2\/1\/9\/aXMufIYbbO3ccQPqSkPto2\/6gunQwvH.jpg\" width=\"423\" height=\"330\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mrs. Savage<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good afternoon Smith Viking family!
