I am looking forward to seeing our students this week, prepared and ready to do science!<br \/>\n<strong>Open House<\/strong> is scheduled for Wednesday September 14, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.<br \/>\nPlease follow your child&#8217;s open House paper schedule they will take home this week. Please follow the following 6th grade schedule in order to visit and meet each teacher:<br \/>\n<strong>6th GRADE<\/strong><br \/>\n6:00-6:10 presentation in auditorium with Mr. Fisher<br \/>\n6:15-6:25 1st hour (elective class)<br \/>\n6:30-6:47 2nd hour<br \/>\n6:52-7:09 3rd hour<br \/>\n7:14-7:30 4th hour<br \/>\n<strong>Picture Day is scheduled for Friday September 16, 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Science (Week 2)<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are planning to:<br \/>\nComplete our classroom expectations and procedures this week.<br \/>\nAssemble our Science journals<br \/>\nIntroduce procedures of working and interacting as a group in the science classroom with 2 mini science labs.<br \/>\nIntroduce our first new science phenomena \u201cHow does a system of living and non-living things operate to meet the needs of the organisms in an ecosystem?\u201d <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Week 2 I hope you had a restful and productive break.
