INPUT and OUTPUT science lab stations.\u00a0 A-Day students were assigned a project to submit by Thursday 10\/4 via Google Classroom.\u00a0 B-Day students will finalize their tower design tomorrow, 10\/1\/2018.\u00a0 Engineering Design Tower projects are due on 10\/4\u00a0 for A-Day students and\u00a0 Sunday 10\/7 for B-Day students.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTo-vDbpx1-0T5h8bWH4mGTzWmjKQOzjUZENpAQpPYikCbNFBjd\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft \" src=\"https:\/\/image.freepik.com\/free-vector\/human-body-system-collection_23-2147539280.jpg\" width=\"257\" height=\"257\" \/>New findings in Science this week deal with learning how our body is a system of <strong>multiple subsystems<\/strong> that work together to keep us healthy and function normally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Questions students\u00a0 need to become familiar with from this week&#8217;s lessons are:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How do we know we\u2019re sick?<\/li>\n<li>What are the symptoms?<\/li>\n<li>How does a body system act normally?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Science Vocabulary words to learn about are<\/strong>:\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">symptom, homeostasis, respond, transmit, organs, body system<\/span><\/p>\n<p>At <strong>SMITH<\/strong> this week:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Garden Action Day is scheduled for Wednesday 10\/3 &amp; Thursday 10\/4!\u00a0 This means that our schoolyard garden will be officially installed.\u00a0 Students will have a chance to visit the site and listen to our school&#8217;s plan.\u00a0 Parents are also invited to attend on that day.\u00a0 Please visit our school site below to learn more about this.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/smith.dearbornschools.org\/\">https:\/\/smith.dearbornschools.org\/<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\n<ul>\n<li>Football game vs. Woodworth -home<\/li>\n<li>Volleyball vs. Unis &#8211;
