Objective<\/span>: \u00a0I can identify textual evidence for each television advertisement and explain the connection with one of three Aristotlean methods of persuasion.<\/p>\n

BW<\/span>: Set up your notebook for today’s date and title it: \u00a0“Textual Evidence for First Television Ad.” \u00a0List #’s 1 and 2 for each bit of evidence. \u00a0Underline the word “Appeal” near it.<\/p>\n

Activities<\/span>:<\/p>\n

  1. Share Out: \u00a0Which appeal was in the first ad? Second? \u00a0Why?<\/li>\n
  2. Read aloud the expectations for today’s project work.<\/li>\n
  3. Break Out: \u00a0For those students working on the skits, find your station and use loose leaf to write your script. \u00a0Everyone in the group writes the same script. \u00a0Visual artists remain in your seat and work on your project as explained.<\/li>\n
  4. Submit the work up to how much you have completed. \u00a0Do not take this work home as of now.<\/li>\n
