Exams will be given at the end of semester 1 and semester 2.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <em>Earn a final grade of C or higher in class.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Michigan Merit Curriculum requirement for math is 4 credits. If you earn high school credit for Algebra, you will only need to complete 3 additional credits during high school. However, your may complete additional math credits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placement into high school math course will be determined based on the following factors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.<em>Math credit earned in Algebra 1<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <em>Earn NWEA Math RIT score of 245 or higher<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <em>Earn a PSAT score of 430 or higher. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both semester exams will be comprised of approximately 35-40 questions. The test will be administered on-line.
