I am pleased to report that your outreach is working, and our pre-registration numbers are rising quickly. That being said, I wanted to gently remind you to please encourage your participants to register ASAP to guarantee a coat. While we will do our best to keep registration open until November 13th<\/sup>\u00a0as previously communicated, if we reach capacity we will need to close it. At that point, all remaining people will be given coats on a first come\/first serve basis on December 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0at Second Ebenezer Church and coats cannot be guaranteed.<\/h5>\n
