With the days that we’re off, students can fall behind in reading if they don’t read daily. Report cards and NWEA testing will take place soon after we return in January. It would be a shame if the students returned to school on January 6th, with less knowledge than they left with. We recommend that your child read for 20 minutes a day. In addition, please visit our blogs and click on any of the links to practice literacy and math. Finally, students can write about anything fun or exciting that you do over the break with your family, such as a vacation, soccer, baking and/or holiday gatherings.

Have a safe and happy holiday season!!

The 2nd grade team

Dear Families, As you know we will be off from December 23rd until we return on January 6th.
