Pre-algebra<\/strong>\u00a0: Unit of Study: Lesson 13: Linear equations-continue<\/p>\n\n\n\n Students will learn how to solve a linear equation using inverse operations and apply distributive property.(Group work\/ Independent skill).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Formative Assessments: <\/strong>daily <\/p>\n\n\n\n ELA<\/strong>: Unit of Study: Nonfiction\/ fiction texts<\/p>\n\n\n\n Students will close read texts and identify cause\/ effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n U.S. History<\/strong> \/ Unit of Study: The United States Constitution- continue<\/p>\n\n\n\n Students will read and analyze informational texts related to U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. They will complete foldables. They will learn about their rights and responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Student will learn new academic vocabulary. They will complete thinking maps and orally present it as a group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Study Skills<\/strong>\u00a0: Lesson Focus: Angle Relationships<\/p>\n\n\n\n Students will work in groups to find measurements of angles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Physical Science<\/strong> : Unit of Study: History of Earth- Plate Tectonics-continue<\/p>\n\n\n\n They will read informational articles, learn new academic vocabulary, and write facts about Plate tectonics .
