Students will practice skill in groups solving word problems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>English Language Arts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unit of Study: Informational\/ Argumentative text (Close &amp; Critical Reading 4 squares)-continue<\/p>\n<p>Mini lessons: Persuasive Techniques (Ethos\/ pathos\/ Logos)<\/p>\n<p>Students will read and analyze an argumentative text about Amazon Online Delivery and apply CCR .<\/p>\n<p>They will cite textual evidence to support claim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>U.S. History<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lesson focus: U. S. Constitution-continue<\/p>\n<p>Students will read informational texts\/ Talk- to Text about\u00a0 Ideas behind the Constitution\u00a0 &amp; American government .<\/p>\n<p>They will orally present it.<\/p>\n<p>Students will learn new academic vocabulary related to U. S. Constitution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assessment: 12\/19<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Study Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>This week\u2019s focus will be Mean\/ Mode\/ Median\/ Range<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Khan Academy ( Online practice).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Physical Science<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unit of Study: The Solar System<\/p>\n<p>They will read and analyze informational texts about planets.
