It will be graded as a summative assessment<\/p>\n<p><strong>U.S. History<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unit of Study:&nbsp; Spanish Colonies<\/p>\n<p>Students will read and analyze&nbsp; informational texts and learn significant facts about Spain in the New World.&nbsp; Student will learn new academic vocabulary.<\/p>\n<p>They will complete Frayer model and Talk-to-Text.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Study Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lesson Focus: Exponents Rules<\/p>\n<p><strong>Physical Science<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unit of Study: The Scientific Method- continue<\/p>\n<p>They will read and analyze informational texts and create foldable\/ thinking maps.<\/p>\n<p>They will learn new academic vocabulary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assessment: 9\/18<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Students will start working on a Science project in class and at home <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>( Who is a Scientist?
