News and Information<\/strong><\/p>\n Picture Re-takes<\/strong><\/p>\n School picture re-takes will be November 7th. \u00a0Order forms can be found in the school office,<\/p>\n November Reading Logs<\/strong><\/p>\n Please find a November Reading Log in your student’s red folder. \u00a0This is sponsored by Pizza Hut! \u00a0To earn a free personal pizza our reading goal is to read at least 25 nights in November. \u00a0Turn the reading logs in at the end of the month for the certificate!<\/p>\n No School<\/strong><\/p>\n Tues., November 4th – Election Day<\/p>\n Half-Day of School<\/strong><\/p>\n Friday, November 7th – Conference Planning Time<\/p>\n Parent Teacher Conference<\/strong><\/p>\n The dates for Parent Teacher Conferences will be November 13th, 19th and 20th. \u00a0I will send reminders home for the dates you signed up for at Open House.<\/p>\n What We Did This Week<\/strong><\/p>\n Our AlphaFriend was “Hattie Horse”, letter Hh<\/p>\n We wrote in our journals<\/p>\n We rotated through Daily 5 (literacy centers)<\/p>\n We continued our work with patterns in Math<\/p>\n We worked on our slates with chalk in handwriting<\/p>\n In Science we have begun to study of The 5 Senses. \u00a0We used those senses this week while we we’re carving our class pumpkin<\/p>\n Have a restful weekend!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Happy Halloween!
