News and Information<\/strong><\/p>\n

We made it through our first full week!!!<\/p>\n

Daily Behavior Chart<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is a behavior chart on the back of your student’s red folder. \u00a0We introduced our “clip system” – ask them to tell you about it.<\/p>\n

Green: \u00a0“Great Job!”<\/p>\n

Yellow: \u00a0warning<\/p>\n

Orange: \u00a0time out<\/p>\n

Red: \u00a0phone call home<\/p>\n

Lunch Money<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you would like to put some money on your child’s lunch account and not have them handle the money themselves you can send in cash or check (made out to Dearborn Public Schools) \u00a0and we will get the credit applied to their lunch card.<\/p>\n

Picture Day<\/strong><\/p>\n

Picture Day is September 28th. \u00a0Order forms came home this week. \u00a0Let me know if you did not get one.<\/p>\n

Friday, Spetember 22nd<\/p>\n

What We Did This Week<\/p>\n

We introduced our first Alpha Friend, Sammy Seal, letter S<\/p>\n

We learned many new finger poems and songs<\/p>\n

We are reading books about going to school<\/p>\n

We are counting to 100 using songs and our math grid<\/p>\n

We visted our special classes, Gym, Art, Music and Media<\/p>\n

We enjoyed playing on the playground<\/p>\n

We enjoyed Free Choice Time<\/p>\n

We visited the book fair<\/p>\n

We worked in our poem books<\/p>\n

We are learning how to be good friends<\/p>\n

We are buliding our stamina!<\/p>\n

It was nice meeting the families who made it to Open House. \u00a0Also I appreciate all of the school supply donations. \u00a0If you have any questions please contact me.<\/p>\n
