Today was our last day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the chapter 1 test last week students were assigned a newsela.com article that they had to work on.  Students are to read the article, highlight information they learned in class, and then complete the writing and quiz assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The article is due TOMORROW (Wednesday)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(I am not sure if this link will work but here is the article:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/newsela.com\/read\/elem-hist-archaeologists\/id\/26948\/?assignment=11365540&amp;classroom=4597311\">https:\/\/newsela.com\/read\/elem-hist-archaeologists\/id\/26948\/?assignment=11365540&amp;classroom=4597311<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CHAPTER 1 RE-TAKE IS THURSDAY AFTER SCHOOL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a student got a D+ or lower on their test they qualify for a re-take.  It will be held after school on Thursday.
