Today in class we finished the Activity Atlas assignment in their world explorer textbook. \u00a0Since that textbook is not taken home, we had to do it in the classroom, so if anyone was absent, they may borrow a book to work on this at home.<\/p>\n
The assignment was pgs. 4-9, complete #s 1-7 \u00a0on a loose leaf sheet of paper.<\/p>\n
Today in class we also labeled a world map and discussed it.<\/p>\n
Then, \u00a0for their homework assignment, I am having students map out, to the best of their abilities, Bryant Middle School. \u00a0They need to have a key\/legend and a compass rose to go along with their map. \u00a0They should include all major rooms, as well as hallways and classrooms.<\/p>\n
This assignment will be due tomorrow! \u00a0We will look over their maps in class.<\/p>\n
Tomorrow is a late start, as well as Open House at 6 p.m. \u00a0Remember, open house is NOT conferences. \u00a0If there is anything you would like to speak about with me, you need to e-mail me and set up a date.<\/p>\n
