Our lessons will focus on sorting shapes by attributes, learn names of some 3 dimensional shapes and find out what makes a polygon.<\/p>\n<p>In writing we will continue working on writing personal narrative and exploring poetry. We will also begin working on studying authors such as Kevin Henkes , and Mo Willems.<\/p>\n<p>In spelling this week we will work on words that have the long i sound. Please check spelling tab for the new words this week.<\/p>\n<p>This week we will be visiting the book fair at our school. Our date to visit will be Thursday, March 10th at 12:30. We will be sending home a copy of the book orders so you can look it over and decide what books your child may be interested in buying. Buying books is completely optional . Please make sure that if you are sending book fair money, to label the bag or envelop with their name .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Happy Monday!
