We will begin Unit 6 this week. Some of what we will be learning in this unit are using an addition\/subtraction table to solve math facts, make number collection boxes, learn how to make a fact family and use fact triangles to practice fact families. In writing we have been working on how to books. Some of the topics we have worked on are how to make maple syrup, how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and this week we are working on how to be a good friend. In social studies we will be starting our new unit about How we learn about places.<\/p>\n<p>New spelling words for the week are found in the spelling tab on our blog. <\/p>\n<p>Look for a note that will be going home this week about our Valentine&#8217;s Day celebration that will be held on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Just a reminder that we will not have school this Friday, February 12th-Monday February 15th. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello Parents, We are taking out Unit 5 Math test on Monday.
