I am so excited to kick off this years\u2019 Kids Heart Challenge Program (formerly known as Jump Rope for Heart)! Our kickoff assembly will be\u00a0on Wednesday, January 9th<\/sup>\u00a0at 9AM.<\/p>\n

One of the fun incentives we are going to do with the students this year is have a Classroom Competition!\u00a0The classroom with the most students registered for the program will earn a $25 Gift card & recess kit from the AHA to host a party and extra PE time from me!<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

All you have to do is encourage your student to get registered online!<\/strong>\u00a0When the students register online they will be asked to take 1 of 3 challenges<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Choose water over sugary drinks<\/li>\n
  2. Be Active for 60 minutes a day<\/li>\n
  3. Do a good deed daily<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
