Listed below are a couple of reminders about the big day! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Students and chaperones will be expected to check in at the Lindbergh cafeteria no later than 6:45 a.m.<\/strong>.\u00a0 <strong>The bus will be leaving Lindbergh at 7:00 a.m. exactly.\u00a0 Each person attending the field trip will need to bring a bag lunch with a non-glass drink. <\/strong>\u00a0We will be eating at the Impressions 5 Science Center.\u00a0 There is<strong> no purchase of food available.<\/strong>\u00a0 In addition to lunch, we are asking students to bring two snacks for the bus ride to Lansing and the bus ride home from Lansing.\u00a0 Please keep in mind that we have <strong>peanut and nut allergies<\/strong> in our classrooms.\u00a0 They can also bring bottled water for their snack.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the bus ride, students can bring electronic gaming systems.&nbsp; These will be left on the bus while we are on each tour.  For the tours, students can bring a camera with them.&nbsp; Please teach your child how to turn off the flash.  We ask that if the camera is in the gaming system that an additional camera be brought.&nbsp; Any gaming systems that are brought by the students are the student\u2019s responsibility.  <strong>Teachers and chaperones are not responsible for electronics.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Your child will need to dress for the weather and be prepared to do some walking outside if needed.&nbsp; We are asking that students wear their Blue Ribbon Shirts that we ordered as a school to show our school spirit. If your child did not purchase one of the Blue Ribbon shirts,&nbsp; please have them wear a different <strong>Lindbergh shirt <\/strong><strong><em>or<\/em><\/strong><strong> a red shirt.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will be arriving back to school between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.&nbsp; <strong>We are asking that all parents be at school by 4:30 p.m. to pick up their children.<\/strong>&nbsp; If your child is riding home with someone else or going to Kid\u2019s Club, please indicate that in a written note.&nbsp; We will not release students to anyone other than parents unless we are notified in writing prior to the trip.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We also ask that children not bring any money.<\/strong>&nbsp; We will be busy exploring the capital and museums and have no time for stops at gift shops.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tSee you Tuesday morning bright and early!!&nbsp; We are looking forward to a great trip!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank You,&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Knaus, Mrs. Currie, and Ms. Robey<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please don&#8217;t forget tomorrow is our Lansing Field Trip!
