Tonight your child will be taking home their Mid Module Task Assessment for Module 2.\u00a0 Note we are moving away from points with the math assessments. We are following the Eureka Math standards based rubric. Which in order to be within range for each area, there is a criteria. I grade each problem with the following criteria below. The area where the student falls the most is how their grade is finalized. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Exceeding\/4- Evidence of solid<\/strong> reasoning with a correct answer<\/strong>. Meeting\/3- Evidence of some<\/strong> reasoning with a correct answer or evidence of solid reasoning with an incorrect answer<\/strong>. Progressing\/2- Evidence of some reasoning with out a correct answer<\/strong>.\u00a0 Below\/1- Little evidence<\/strong> of reasoning without the correct answer. The rubric that I used to grade your child’s assessment can be found below: <\/p>\n\n\n\n Please sign your child’s test and return it tomorrow. For those students who fell to the 1-2 range I will be working closely with your child to correct their test.
