Any 6th-8th grade STEM student who is interested in joining the team may pick up an application anytime between now and Friday afternoon. Candidates must return a completed, signed application to Miss Roberts no later than the end of the school day (2:15pm) on <strong>Friday, September 27th<\/strong>. Late applications will not be accepted! Since there are only 12 spots available on the team, this is a highly competitive application process, and not all students who apply will make the team. STEMBOTS are chosen by a committee, based on their application, teacher recommendation, and prior robotics experience. A team roster will be posted outside of Miss Roberts&#8217; classroom during the first week of October, along with a team meeting schedule.
