Bellwork reviewed the probability of Dependent and Independent events and Geometric Probability.<\/p>\n

The remainder of the period we finished out discussion on Sec 9-7: Probability of Multiple events. We also compared Experimental Probability with Theoretical Probability by rolling a pair of dice and recording the number of times the results were Two Odd #’s, Two Even #’s, or 1 Odd & 1 Even #. The Experimental Probability results were pretty close to the Theoretical Probability. <\/p>\n

Hwk #23 is due on Tuesday: Sec 9-7, pages 534-536, problems 11, 12, 16, 19, 20, 22, 36, 39, 48-50.<\/p>\n
