1. Folder- letter Ww and sight words (new word on) AND spelling!!! please read the kindergarten spelling letter and let me know if you have any questions. \u00a0Practice the words a few minutes EACH night so you are ready for the test on Friday!!<\/p>\n
2. Reading Bag- Books, MYON, and sight word cards (new card: on)<\/p>\n
3. Math Bag- counting and comparing groups, counting to 100<\/p>\n

Tomorrow we have gym. \u00a0Please send in gym shoes if your child wears boots to school.<\/p>\n
Tomorrow we have NWEA testing for MATH. \u00a0Today we did reading and most students made a lot of improvement. \u00a0The ones who did not make an improvement in their score, rushed and did not take their time. \u00a0Please discuss with your child that this is a TEST not a computer game and they need to know what they know!! \u00a0This test is one of many pieces of information that we look at to see if they are ready for 1st grade or if they need another year of kindergarten.<\/p>\n
