I am so proud of how hard they practiced all week and tried their best on the test! We will keep working on PERFECT sentences and I am sure more friends will get the BONUS next week!! Please see note about the 100th day of school and our AT HOME POSTER PROJECT AND PRESENTATION &#8212;  <strong>Due on <\/strong>Tuesday, February 4th !!! Please use poster\/foam board for these so we can display in the hallway!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"285\" height=\"214\" src=\"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/rawsonm\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/252\/2020\/01\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8923\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reading bag-&nbsp;<strong><em>35 TOTAL<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><em>NEW SIGHT WORDS ARE IN THEIR BAGS&nbsp;<\/em>one, little, play, me, here<\/strong>, am, do, not, who, with\u2014 I, like, the, see, we, go, can, she, a, at, is, was, will, he, has, on, in, and, you, up, look, it, my, to, and dog. Practice each night to MEMORIZE THESE WORDS!* Practice spelling the words if your child can read them. Spelling will start next week!! (A letter will be sent home with words on Monday!!!)<\/li><li>READING GROUP BAG \u2014 EVERYONE GOT A NEW READING BOOK TODAY! READ everyday and focus on fluency and comprehension.&nbsp;<em>*If your child did not get a new book, focus on RETELLING\u2014 new books will not be given everyday so more focus can be on comprehension.&nbsp;<\/em><strong>To move UP reading levels students need to be able to read the words accurately and COMPREHEND (understand what I read).<\/strong>&nbsp;After reading books, please practice using the handout for the \u201cretelling rope\u201d see picture below!!<em>&nbsp;(Don\u2019t forget to ask your child\u2013 what was your favorite part of the story and WHY? or what did this story remind you of?)<\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>4. NO NEW HOMEWORK ASSIGNED IN MATH BOOK- the book should be finished!! PLEASE KEEP Module 3 Learn book and Module 1-3 Succeed (Homework Book AT HOME. New homework books for MODULE 4 will be sent home on MONDAY! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Spelling Notebook:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Spelling words are glued into your child\u2019s spelling notebook, please look over this weekend.
