{"id":105,"date":"2013-10-18T16:36:18","date_gmt":"2013-10-18T20:36:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/rawsonm\/?p=105"},"modified":"2013-10-18T16:36:18","modified_gmt":"2013-10-18T20:36:18","slug":"homework-101813","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/rawsonm\/2013\/10\/18\/homework-101813\/","title":{"rendered":"Homework 10\/18\/13"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It was a short week, so I did not send home weekly behavior charts and a newsletter but please look for those next Friday.<\/p>\n<p>This weekend&#8217;s homework:<\/p>\n<p>Read from reading bag and practice sight words,<\/p>\n<p>Math bag activities, number cards and shapes. \u00a0(The new Yellow sheet added today is a reference for mathematical thinking linked to common core.)]<\/p>\n<p>Cards and directions for the &#8220;at family bat game&#8221; are in folders. \u00a0We played the game in class so the kids are familiar. \u00a0The are eager to &#8220;scare&#8221; you with the bugs!! AND show you how they can READ the cards! This game can be kept at home.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re planning a field trip to the apple orchard on October 25th. \u00a0If you are interested in going, please let me know. \u00a0Permission slips will go home Monday. \u00a0It must be filled out completely and returned by WEDNESDAY!! \u00a0The field trip is on Friday. \u00a0They will get an apple, a doughnut, and some apple cider so all they need to bring for lunch is a sandwich in a paper bag. \u00a0No pop or glass bottles are allowed!<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions, please call the school at 827-6500. \u00a0I will call you back as soon as I possibly can.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you,<\/p>\n<p>Michelle Rawson<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was a short week, so I did not send home weekly behavior charts and a newsletter but please look for those next Friday.
