Below are Fiction and Non-Fiction comprehension questions students should answer after reading each book from their reading bag. They must choose 3 questions per book to answer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-Fiction Questions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1<\/strong> Write 3 facts you learned from this book.<\/td>2<\/strong> What is the most interesting thing that you learned?<\/td>3<\/strong> Who do you think would be interested in the book you read? Explain why\u2026.<\/td><\/tr>
4<\/strong> What was the author\u2019s purpose? Explain how you know.<\/td>5<\/strong> Find a heading in your book. Tell me what page it is on and write what the heading is teaching us about.<\/td>6<\/strong> Choose 4 vocabulary words from your text. With each word: Describe it, illustrate it, and use it in a sentence.<\/td><\/tr>
7<\/strong> What are 2 questions you still have about this topic?<\/td>8<\/strong> With an adult, do some online research about your topic and write 2 NEW facts your learned (that were NOT in your book).<\/td>9<\/strong> Write a connection that you have with this topic.
