{"id":4204,"date":"2024-04-01T15:39:27","date_gmt":"2024-04-01T19:39:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/polstel\/?p=4204"},"modified":"2024-04-02T14:43:32","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T18:43:32","slug":"this-week-4-1-24","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/polstel\/2024\/04\/01\/this-week-4-1-24\/","title":{"rendered":"This Week 4.1.24"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The Upper Elementary Black History and Alternative Energy Fair<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location: Cafeteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thursday, April 4th&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PreK-2nd 2:00-2:45<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parents 4:00-5:00<\/strong> <strong>PM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Please join us on 4\/4 to see the Lapbooks that 3rd \u2013 5th graders created on some famous people in Black History.\u00a0 The Green Team will also have projects they created on different types of alternative energy.\u00a0 Parents will park in the back parking lot and come inside to see the fair and pick up their child inside.\u00a0 Students in 3rd-5th will not be dismissed outside that day.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hope everyone had a great week off and everybody got a chance to rest. I did! My family safely visited the Grand Canyon (the nightmares I had the week before were nothing to laugh about!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some students are coming home today with&nbsp;<strong>LATE Work<\/strong>&nbsp;that needs to be completed and returned by&nbsp;<strong>Thursday 4.4.24<\/strong>. Check your child\u2019s planner and red folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Please sign and return the report card envelope, so I know you received the report card AND we can reuse the envelope. \ud83d\ude42<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spring Picture Day<\/strong> tomorrow. <strong>Early Release <\/strong>tomorrow!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out my <strong>End of Year Important Dates <\/strong>page on the right.
