They will perform skits and get students involved in the writing process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, December 16<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Late Start<\/strong> &#8211; school starts an hour later. Nowlin Sing-a-Long 2:30 &#8211; 3:00 pm in the Gym. All families are invited to participate and sing holiday songs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, December 17<\/strong> &#8211; Students in Mrs. Polgar&#8217;s class can wear P.J.&#8217;s and will watch the Polar Express 1:30 &#8211; <strong>2:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, December 18 &#8211; Mrs. Polgar&#8217;s Holiday party 12:30 &#8211; 1:30 p.m.<\/strong> Volunteers please arrive by 12:00 &#8211; 12:10 to help set-up centers for the party. We could still use a volunteer to help make hot cocoa and help serve cocoa to students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, December 21 &#8211; begins Winter recess break. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Students return to school Monday, January 4, 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>There will be no homework packets for over the holiday break.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I will not be in class on Monday, December 14.
