Also, Wednesday is a late start day.<\/p>\n<p>Reminders were sent home for Parent-Teacher Conferences.  If you did not get it, please let me know.  The first Parent-Teacher Conference Day is November 21.<\/p>\n<p>The School Fundraiser packets were sent home on Friday.  The fundraiser goes to  November 29th.  Also, the Scrip orders are due Monday, November 14th.<\/p>\n<p>We are halfway through the month, I hope you are keeping track of your Reading minutes for the Book It calendar.  Reading every night is a great habit for your children to develop; this added practice really makes a difference.<\/p>\n<p>Keep practicing your basic math facts.  We will also be practicing time and measuring.<\/p>\n<p>In writing, we are working on our narratives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monday is a half day for the children.
