We have introduced 3 strategies.  The Parent Pipeline Letters will keep you up to date with these strategies, as well as help you use them at home with your child.  It is important to read each night.  It is only through practice that we become better.  We have also introduced 3 of the Daily 5 areas&#8211;Read to Self, Read to Someone and Word Work.<\/p>\n<p>In our writing, we are using the  6 + 1 Writing Traits.
