\nThe Fluency Folders will continue to come home throughout the year. Please continue to read with your child. It does make a difference! Also, these passages will continue to increase in difficulty as the children become more proficient in reading and answering questions. The comprehension questions will be done in school.<\/strong> I am expecting the children to answer questions in complete sentences.
\nWriting– We will be writing Opinion papers.
\nSpelling–we are on Lesson 4. Words are in the planner and were posted on the blog Friday. The test will be Friday.
\nMath– We are continuing our learning about place value, comparing numbers and rounding.
\nSocial Studies– We will be learning about Human and Physical Characteristics of communities.
