I know we can do it!  The children practice every day at school.  Please continue practicing at home.  <\/p>\n<p>This week in class:<\/p>\n<p>Reading- We are learning about legends.  We will be talking about literal and non-literal phrases.<br \/>\nWriting- Opinion writing is our focus.<br \/>\nSpelling- Lesson 11 words were posted Friday<br \/>\nMath- 2nd grade&#8211; odd\/even numbers (3 digit numbers) and repeated addition<br \/>\n      3rd grade&#8211; missing numbers in multiplication\/division problems<br \/>\nScience- 2nd grade&#8211; water as a solid, liquid, gas<br \/>\n         3rd grade&#8211; sound<br \/>\nSocial Studies&#8211; 2nd grade&#8211;review guide for our test next Monday will come home on the 14th.<br \/>\n                 3rd grade&#8211; French &#038; British relationship with the Native Americans<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mark your calendar, November 16 is a Late Start Wednesday.
