{"id":1350,"date":"2012-11-15T20:44:22","date_gmt":"2012-11-16T00:44:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.dearbornschools.org\/mrsphilpott\/?p=1350"},"modified":"2012-11-15T20:44:22","modified_gmt":"2012-11-16T00:44:22","slug":"1350","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/philpor\/2012\/11\/15\/1350\/","title":{"rendered":"Homework"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The multiplication test for the 0&#8217;s and 1&#8217;s facts is tomorrow.\u00a0 The multiplication test for the 2&#8217;s and 3&#8217;s will be given Friday, November 30th.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the daily math and reading time, as well as the weekly study of the spelling words, you will be seeing homework sent home throughout the week in the different content areas&#8212;reading skills, science, social studies, and language arts.\u00a0 These assignments will provide extra practice for the children. It also gives you time to talk to your child about what they are learning in school. \u00a0 It is important for the children to complete these activities.\u00a0 All activities sent home are first taught in school.\u00a0 All activities should be completed in complete sentences, giving the children even more practice in their writing skills.<\/p>\n<p>Practice in anything; school subjects, sports, dance, music etc.\u00a0 helps us get better.\u00a0 Working together the children will succeed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The multiplication test for the 0&#8217;s and 1&#8217;s facts is tomorrow.\u00a0 The multiplication test for the 2&#8217;s and 3&#8217;s will be given Friday, November 30th.
