Practice each night to MEMORIZE THESE WORDS!<strong>* TEST will be February 25-28, 2020 see practice paper in the folder.<\/strong><\/li><li>READING GROUP BAG \u2014 Everyone has a couple books to read over break, please read every day. READ every day and focus on fluency and comprehension.\u00a0<em>*ks will not be given every day so more focus can be on comprehension.\u00a0<\/em><strong>To move UP reading levels students need to be able to read the words accurately and COMPREHEND (understand what I read).<\/strong>\u00a0After reading books, please practice using the handout for the \u201cretelling rope\u201d see picture below!!<em>\u00a0(Don\u2019t forget to ask your child\u2013 what was your favorite part of the story and WHY? or what did this story remind you of?)<\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>3.\u00a0<strong>Math Homework MODULE 4 Book, Lesson 9\u2014 homework helper is on page 39 and homework is on page 41 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Grade K Module 4 Lesson 9\" width=\"1106\" height=\"622\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iKlrGfRlXy8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>4. Please study for test tomorrow on the  __et family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. NEW library books were chosen yesterday. Students can keep at home and return after Mid-Winter break (Monday, Feb. 24) and we will check out new books on Tuesday, Feb. 25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Kindergarten Timeline Project directions are in the folder today.  Please follow directions and return to school on Monday, February 24, to present to the class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reminders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomorrow is dress in red and pink for Valentine&#8217;s Day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Friday will be our Valentine\u2019s Day Party at school.
