Only paper left in folder should be behavior calendar and the NWEA scores grid and goals that are taped inside. Thank you! PLEASE TAKE OUT ZEARN LOG IN CARD at KEEP at home in a safe place (on refrigerator, by computer, etc.) so you can practice at home!!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/webassets.zearn.org\/app_assets\/landing_page\/2015\/zearnlogo.svg\" alt=\"Image result for zearn\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/rawsonm\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/252\/2020\/01\/image-2.jpeg\" alt=\"Image result for zearn\" class=\"wp-image-8914\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ZEARN is a great way to EXTEND math learning at home as students can progress through the lessons and even begin 1st grade math concepts &lt;\u2014 this is a great fun way to practice math skills beyond kindergarten and get above grade-level scores on NWEA!!!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reading bag-\u00a0<strong><em>35 TOTAL<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<strong><em>NEW SIGHT WORDS ARE IN THEIR BAGS\u00a0<\/em>one, little, play, me, here<\/strong>, am, do, not, who, with\u2014 I, like, the, see, we, go, can, she, a, at, is, was, will, he, has, on, in, and, you, up, look, it, my, to, and dog. Practice each night to MEMORIZE THESE WORDS!* Practice spelling the words if your child can read them. We will have an assessment next Friday on all 35 words.<\/li><li>READING GROUP BAG \u2014  READ every day and focus on fluency and comprehension.\u00a0<em>*If your child did not get a new book, focus on RETELLING\u2014 new books will not be given every day so more focus can be on comprehension.\u00a0<\/em><strong>To move UP reading levels students need to be able to read the words accurately and COMPREHEND (understand what I read).<\/strong>\u00a0After reading books, please practice using the handout for the \u201cretelling rope\u201d see picture below!!<em>\u00a0(Don\u2019t forget to ask your child\u2013 what was your favorite part of the story and WHY? or what did this story remind you of?)<\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Module 4 Lesson 1 homework helper page 3 and Homework page 5.  We are working on building number bonds, part, part, and whole.\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
