  2. \u00a0NWEA Reading tomorrow at 9 am please get a good nights sleep and eat breakfast in the morning. <\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

Please focus on the boxes in the link that have a RIT range from 130-160.<\/a><\/strong> And continue to work on the rainbow letter e on CLEVER (Reading Practice). This can count as 15-20 minutes of reading EACH day since students did not get new books this week due to testing and assessments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Practice all 35 am, do, not, who, with\u2014 I, like, the, see, we, go, can, she, a, at, is, was, will, he, has, on, in, and, you, up, look, it, my, to, and dog. Practice each night to MEMORIZE THESE WORDS!* And work on using them correctly when speaking in COMPLETE SENTENCES for example: He (when talking about a boy) vs. She (when talking about a girl). And \u201con\u201d like the book is \u201con the table.\u201d\u00a0<\/li>
    2. READING GROUP BAG \u2014 4-6 BOOKS are in bags to keep reading over break\u2013 most are review\u2026 make sure to fill in reading logs each day!!!! (Also can you login code and password to read\/listen to more books on the computer)\u00a0*students still have several books to review as we will be doing some testing over letters, sounds, and sight words this week to determine possible NEW reading groups and levels.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      ***IF YOU HAVE FLUENCY DOWN, PARENTS PLEASE EXTEND the reading by asking questions such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Find the WORD \u201cthe\u201d on this page.
      What LETTER\/SOUND do you see\/hear at the beginning of the WORD?
      What LETTER\/SOUND do you see\/hear at the middle of the WORD?
      What LETTER\/SOUND do you see\/hear at the end of the WORD?
      After reading, can you RETELL what happened?? What happened in the beginning, middle, and end?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Math Homework-MODULE 3 Lesson 25 AND 26 on page 297 AND 301 (homework helper is on page 296 and 299). *NO NEW HOMEWORK ASSIGNED*<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      *New poem There Once Was A Queen, read and sign the inside cover of the poem book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Read, Read, Read\u2026. and work on \u201crainbow e\u201d on CLEVER!!!<\u2014 this is a good way to practice for NWEA testing!!!\u00a0Testing will be tomorrow WEDNESDAY,\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>JANUARY<\/strong><\/em>. 22nd<\/strong><\/em>!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
