Reading bag- NEW BOOKS ARE IN BAG!! SIGHT WORDS ARE IN THEIR BAGS\u2014&nbsp;<strong>I<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;like<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;the, see, we<\/strong>, &nbsp;<strong>go<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;can, she, a,&nbsp;<\/strong>and&nbsp;<strong>at.<\/strong>&nbsp;Practice each night to MEMORIZE THESE WORDS! ***Students will be tested over these 10 words THIS<strong>&nbsp;WEEK<\/strong>&nbsp;so practice each night!!**** I am doing 6 students each day and will send a note home how they did after their test!***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. NEW READING GROUP BAG \u2013 NEW BOOKS SENT HOME TODAY!!! (Also can you login code and password to read\/listen to more books on the computer)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please fill in log each day!!! Please use the pointer finger to put their finger under the first letter of each word as they read. Please read the book at least 3 times and sign the paper inside their bags so I know they did their job! Please send the reading bag back to school each day. GREAT JOB WITH BAGS\u2014 read same books tonight for FLUENCY! ***IF YOU HAVE FLUENCY DOWN, PARENTS PLEASE&nbsp;<strong>EXTEND<\/strong>&nbsp;the reading by asking questions such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Find the WORD \u201cthe\u201d on this page.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>What LETTER do you see at the beginning of the WORD?<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>What LETTER do you see at the end of the WORD?<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>After reading, can you RETELL what happened?? What happened in the beginning, middle, and end??<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Math Homework- Lesson 24 homework page 99 (helper on page 97).\u2014Make sure number formation is correct!! If not, ease and try again!! Parents please check as correct number formation is important!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.  Poem books read I love Chocolate and sign and return to school by Wednesday, October 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>***Make sure all 5 things come back to school in backpacks!!!***<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reminders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10-16-19 &nbsp; Late start Wednesday \u2013 school starts @ 9:30 AM and<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10-28-19&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Spirit Week ( more info coming).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>10-31-19 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Halloween Day<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>11-01-19 Half Day \u2013 Elementary students.
