Homework\u2014 (3 things!!!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Oakman Folder- sign and return behavior calendar for September!!\u2014 talk to your child about their color\u2026 what could they work on? praise for good, etc.  make this a connection from school and home and talk about it everyday\u2014 learning \u201chow to go to school\u201d (behavior) is a BIG PART of kindergarten!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Reading\/Math Bag-Please take 15 minutes to \u201cread\u201d each night we talked about three ways to read a book\u2026 *read the pictures, *. read the words, *. retell the story. and practice ABCs using chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Math Homework Workbook\u2013 Module 1, lesson 3 on page 13. (homework helper is page 11) .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ***Make sure all 3 things come back to school in backpacks!!! It was another long day \u2013 please send in reusable water bottles with your child\u2019s name on it so that they can keep it on the table and drink water all day long. Also, please make sure your child is going to bed early so they can get 10-12 hours of sleep and be ready to learn at school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The wait is over! The MEGA book sale will start tomorrow and Friday. We will be selling ALL books for .25 cents! Make sure you bring in your loose change tomorrow and Friday! Great books for building your home library!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
