    \nearly readers in your child\u2019s bag.\u00a0 Remember there are 3 ways to \u201cread\u201d a book!\u00a0 Also, practice counting using the 100s chart (point to each number as you count).<\/p>\n

    Also, practice sight words: NEW word \u201cand\u201d<\/h3>\n

    ** All sight words on ring are: I, the, can, see, like, to, look, at, come, and<\/h3>\n

    Look for these words in books AND work on writing them if students know the, by sight (reading)! *They should memorize these words and know them by sight.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n
  3. READING GROUP BAG\u2014> read black and white book 3 times remembering to point to each word as you read AND extend to asking questions such as: \u201cFind a sight word on this page. Point to word that starts with the \/s\/ sound. ETC.\u201d\u00a0Sign reading log!\u00a0 and practice NAME PUZZLE if you got one. ALSO, PRACTICE SIGHT WORDS ON RING TO BE READY FOR TEST ON FRIDAY!!!!<\/em><\/li>\n
  4. Math- Read over Lesson 23 homework helper 93 on page\u00a0 and\u00a0 and do homework on page 95.\u00a0\u00a0PLEASE check that all lessons up to 19 are complete but do not go ahead.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
