  1. Oakman Folder-\u00a0Sign<\/strong>\u00a0and return behavior calendar for September\u2014 parents please initial next to the circle for today (September 20th).Letter Nn bag!Today we talked about the letter Nn and its \/n\/ sound, like in nickel, nose, necklace etc. Please find 3-5 items at home that start with the n sound and put them in this bag for your child to share in class tomorrow if they did not bring today.\u00a0 Thank you!<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Reading\/Math Bag-Please take 15 minutes to \u201cread\u201d the early readers in your child\u2019s bag.\u00a0 Remember there are 3 ways to \u201cread\u201d a book!\u00a0 Also, practice counting using the 100s chart (point to each number as you count). Use your NEW pointer finger to read and\/or count the words on each page.

    \u00a0Also, practice sight words: NEW word \u201csee\u201d \u201ccan\u201d \u201cthe\u201d and \u201cI\u201d on ring and find in books!!! *They should memorize these words and know them by sight.<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n

    Math- green workbook read page 45 together and then complete Lesson 11 page 47 in workbook don\u2019t tear it out leave it in the workbook and return to school tomorrow.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n
  4. ***For those familiar with CLEVER and our online learning tools, please use your child\u2019s username (blue number) and password (red number on back of card) to begin using online learning\u2026 I have a link to ABCya games on my page (this is what we are using in class to start). ***<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step by Step directions will be sent home soon so students can begin using online learning tools as part of their homework time.<\/p>\n

    PTA will be having a FRIDAY FUNDRAISER and selling popcorn for 50 cents a bag.\u00a0 Please help support the PTA and send your child with money on FRIDAY!<\/p>\n

    Please fill out the clip in their folder if they are purchasing popcorn and put their money in a bag\/envelope with the paper (make sure their NAME is on the PAPER)!!<\/p>\n

    Also, check out the form for OAKMAN Gear! Again, please send in completed form with money in bag\/envelope.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
