Parent teacher conferences on 3-26 from 4-7<\/p>\n

Movie night on Friday<\/p>\n

This week we will focus on:<\/p>\n

Reading\/ELA: We will focus on nouns, verbs, and adjectives. \u00a0We will also be writing an informational story. Your child\u00a0should be reading for 20 minutes daily. Have your child practice highlighted sight words in reading bag and read books in their reading bags and on Myon.\u00a0 Spelling homework is also daily please follow directions on white paper on the inside cover of your child\u2019s homework.<\/p>\n

Math: we will\u00a0 learn about fractions, equal parts, and adding 10 more and 10 less: this will consist of practice worksheets, math bag activities\/games and Xtramath and Everyday Math online. Math bags have been coming home please use the items in there to practice what we have been learning in class.<\/p>\n

Science: We will be learning about\u00a0how people grow and change and heridity.<\/p>\n

Social Studies: we will be learning about symbols of the United States.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n
