1. Folder\u2014 sign behavior calendar\u00a0FOR OCTOBER!<\/p>\n

Letter Ss bag!<\/p>\n

Today we talked about the letter Ss and its \/s\/ sound, like in sun, snake, snow etc. Please find 3-5 items at home that start with the s sound and put them in this bag for your child to share in class tomorrow (Thursday, October 26th).\u00a0 Thank you!<\/p>\n

2. Reading Bag-Practice ALL 7 sight word cards including NEW word\u00a0\u201clike\u201d\u2013\u00a0 \u00a0All students also have gotten a black and white paper book from their READING GROUP<\/strong>\u2026\u00a0practice pointing to each word and READING THE WORDS in this book\u2014they should be able to do it mostly on their own\u2013 please check in and monitor so they are practicing correctly!<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Math Bag-\u00a0NEW MATH WORKBOOK\u2014 finish unit 1 (up to page 13) by\u00a0November 9th<\/strong>\u2014that is about 1 PAGE EACH DAY\u00a0 using number chart to practice counting and number recognition, use counting cubes to work on one-to-one with counting.\u00a0\u00a0NEW!!! students made a \u201cI can Make Ten\u201d book that they can practice reading and making the numbers.<\/p>\n

PTA NEEDS $3.00 for each child to participate in trunk or treat (and pumpkin patch) BY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27\u2014 if you do not pay, your child CANNOT participate!!!<\/h1>\n

*****Please let the PTA (Mrs. Amged at the office) know if you are willing to decorate your car and help out on Halloween in the afternoon\u00a0 (1:00-3:00 or so).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
