Tonight\u2019s Homework:<\/p>\n

  1. Folder-Hh\u00a0bag!<\/b>This week we are talking\u00a0about the letter Hj and its \/h\/ sound, like in hand, home, hat, and horse\u00a0etc. Please find 3-5 items at home that start with the f sound and put them in a bag for your child to share in class this week. \u00a0TOMORROW IS LAST DAY TO SHARE! youtube:phonics 2 for the letter sounds.<\/li>\n
  2. \u00a0Reading Bag- ALL 13 sight words (new word look), ABC chart for letter names and sounds, NEW nursery rhyme book that students made today, HUMPTY DUMPTY\u2013Isty Bitsy Spider ask them to READ it to you! \u00a0Remind them to point to each word as they read so they know when to turn the page.<\/li>\n
  3. Math Bag- practice count to 100 by 1\u2019s and 10\u2019s using chart and\/or youtube songs (search: count to 100, count by 10s), practicing counting cubes to 20 and practice WRITING NUMBERS 1-5 on laminated strips with dry erase markers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Bring permission slip for the field trip on Monday, November 21, 2016\u2026 PARENTS LET ME KNOW ASAP IF YOU ARE ABLE TO ATTEND! \u00a0IT IS FREE AND LOTS OF FUN!!<\/p>\n

    Conferences tonight 4-7pm, please be on time.<\/p>\n

    TOMORROW IS MATH PARENT MEETING AT 2:30-3:30 in our classroom. \u00a0Please plan to attend. \u00a0Parents who attend will receive a math workbook to take home to help their child in math. \u00a0The students are excited to show you all the math they are learning!!!!!!!!<\/p>\n
