United States of America.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> State Government handles State issues (handing out driver\u2019s licences) and County Government handle local issues (traffic lights, stop signs and speed limits).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In our Representative Government the people hold an election for the President and Members of Congress \u00a0(Representatives and Senators).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Core Democratic Values are the fundamental beliefs and constitutional principles of American society\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Popular Sovereignty <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">means that the power of the government comes from the people as set forth in the Constitution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rule of Law <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">means our government and citizens should be controlled and limited by our laws<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Common Good i<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s working together, as citizens, for the greater benefit for
