{"id":662,"date":"2022-06-26T19:00:10","date_gmt":"2022-06-26T23:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/pannecouk\/?p=662"},"modified":"2022-06-26T19:00:58","modified_gmt":"2022-06-26T23:00:58","slug":"summer-school-policies-and-procedures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/pannecouk\/2022\/06\/26\/summer-school-policies-and-procedures\/","title":{"rendered":"Summer School Policies and Procedures"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Summer School Rules and Policies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DHS 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attendance Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Students are allowed <strong>two absences<\/strong>, <strong>4 tardies =1 absence, 2 Lates = 1 absence (any student late more than 15 minutes is considered absent).&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Students can only use the designated restrooms.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>The Dearborn Public Schools Student Code of Conduct will be followed.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>&nbsp;If a student breaks the student code of conduct their suspension will count against their attendance record.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Discipline issues that will result in an automatic removal from summer school:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Reckless Driving<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fighting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Threatening behavior<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bullying, Intimidation, and Harassment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>Vaping + Police Citation&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\"><li>Cell phones must be off and out of sight during class time.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Students cannot be in unassigned areas of the building.<\/li><li>Students must park in the designated student parking (parking lot&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>across Outer Drive) or will be subject to a ticket and possible towing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"8\"><li>Students must exit the building immediately after class is dismissed.
