Good Morning, Students,<\/p>\n
Today, I was checking papers and I noticed a lot of you copied answers for the “Of Mice and Men” Questions assignment.\u00a0 I caught it and then went through and checked the papers I had from the other classes…and GUESS WHAT?!\u00a0 I found papers with identical answers.\u00a0 Interesting.<\/p>\n
The people who copied — even one answer received a ZERO on the assignment and a note that reads, “Academic Dishonesty – copied work” on the assignment.<\/p>\n
This past marking period, I have caught many people copying.\u00a0 If this happens again, I will call your parents and notify administration.\u00a0 Copying\/Academic Dishonesty is NO JOKE.\u00a0 In college, you can get in really big trouble and the ramifications are the same in my classroom.\u00a0 This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.\u00a0 I will not change your grade for this assignment.\u00a0 If you continue to bother me about this, I will call home and speak to your parent about this issue.<\/p>\n
I am really disappointed in the people who copied.\u00a0 This group of students should really be ashamed of themselves.<\/p>\n
Please take this as your warning.\u00a0 I will also be talking about this to each class on Tuesday and Wednesday.<\/p>\n
