However, I have one request: PLEASE don&#8217;t email or call me to talk to me about rounding up your student&#8217;s grade.  This doesn&#8217;t work out for anyone in any positive way.  I am willing to discuss this policy with you, of course, but not as part of a discussion about why I should give your student a certain grade in the class.  I am also happy to discuss a student&#8217;s performance in the class and explain why specific grades on specific assignments were what they were as well as to review with you what is or was missing and how situations can be rectified or avoided in the future.  If you are going to email me from here on out, PLEASE use a subject line that says the email is NOT in reference to your student&#8217;s grade. Use it to update the table of contents I gave you earlier in the semester. Be sure your TABS are clearly labeled so I know which tab to look through for each assignment. Be sure your PAGES are labeled. Be sure your ASSIGNMENTS are clearly labeled so I know which assignment is which. If you have any assignments which were marked &#8220;Fix &amp; Resubmit,&#8221; be sure you have fixed them; also, HIGHLIGHT that assignment in the TABLE OF CONTENTS so I know to look for it as a fixed and resubmitted assignment. I will be collecting the binder\/folder\/notebook on Friday, 12\/19\/14. Please do your best to make your binder\/folder\/notebook as lightweight as possible by removing any extraneous material before turning it in to me.
