Science:\u00a0 We are starting Earth science this week and will focus on weather patterns.<\/p>\n
Social Studies:\u00a0 We will be finishing up our history unit.\u00a0 Students will got a study guide on Friday.\u00a0 The test will be Tuesday.<\/p>\n
Reading:\u00a0 We are continuing to analyze informational text.\u00a0 This week we will study the images in informational text to determine what information we can get from the visuals.\u00a0 Students are learning that not all the information comes from the main text.\u00a0 Sometimes there is valuable information in pictures, maps, graphs, etc.\u00a0 Please make sure your child goes on the I-Ready website as part of their daily reading homework.\u00a0 As much as we use it at school, some students are not meeting their required minutes or passing the lessons.<\/p>\n
