We will be looking at how we can improve our writing using voice and dialouge.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>W3.3\u00a0<\/b>Write narratives to develop real or imagined experiences or events using effective technique, descriptive details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Math:<\/b>\u00a0Students will\u00a0s<a href=\"https:\/\/eureka.greatminds.org\/maps\/math\/grade-3\/module-1\/topic-f\/lesson-21\">olve two-step word problems involving all four operations and assess the reasonableness of answers.<\/a>\u00a0We will also have our end of module test on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>3.OA.3\u00a0Use multiplication and division within 100 to solve word problems in situations involving equal groups, arrays, and measurement quantities.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Science:<\/b>\u00a0Our focus for science this week\u00a0is &#8220;how can we change the motion of wheel and axle systems rolling down ramps?&#8221; and\u00a0 &#8220;what rules help predict where a rolling cup will end up?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>3-PS2-2\u00a0Make observations and\/or measurements of an object\u2019s motion to provide evidence that a pattern can be used to predict future motion.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Social Studies:<\/b>\u00a0We will look at reasons why people might move in and out of Michigan and the different regions Michigan belongs to.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>G2.0.2:<\/b>Describe different regions to which Michigan belongs (e.g., Great Lakes Region, Midwest).<\/li>\n<li><b>G4.0.3:<\/b>Describe some of the current movements of goods, people, jobs or information to, from, or within Michigan and explain reasons for the movements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"excerpt\">Reading:\u00a0This week we will continuing working text features and search tools.We will also begin discussing the main idea of a text.
