Today we continued our unit on Chapter 29 by covering Section 2. Tomorrow we are beginning the film <em>All Quiet on the Western Front<\/em> to help the students expand their understanding of life in the trenches during WWI.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s what we did today:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday-5\/13\/13:<\/strong><br \/>\no<strong> Bell Work-<\/strong>1. Which countries comprised the Central Powers? Which countries comprised the Allies? 2. What were the characteristics of trench warfare? 3.
